Hey, everyone. My name is Madison Gordon, and I get the honor and privilege of being Dash Solutions’ Culture Coordinator. My role here at Dash is to ensure a positive energy and fun work environment across our entire organization. It’s casual and fun, but we are filled with hardworking and driven coworkers. One of the exciting things that I get to do is plan all our corporate and holiday events. Our biggest event so far has been our company’s January kickoff meeting called Dash Bash. This is an event that brought in all of our employees all the way from California to New York City, and it was an incredible time getting to know and hanging out with everyone, talking about our core values and our mission for 2023.We are extremely lucky to have our founder, Tommy McCulley, our CEO Stephen Faust, and our president, Steve Fussell, who are all accessible and engage in all company culture events. You can see our CEO Stephen, hitting golf balls at the end of the day and our golf simulator room here in Birmingham. I know that our culture is one to beat.
