A Culture That Can't Be Beat

Today, we spotlight Madison Gordon, our esteemed Culture Coordinator, who works tirelessly to infuse positivity, energy, and a sense of camaraderie throughout our organization. So, grab a cup of coffee and join us as she uncovers the reasons why Dash ranked #1 in Culture among Fortune’s Most Innovative Companies 2025.

Meet Maddy Gordon, the Culture Connoisseur

I’m Madison Gordon, and I have the incredible privilege of being Dash Solutions’ People Operations Coordinator. And today, I get to share some exciting news—Dash has been named one of America’s Most Innovative Companies by Fortune Magazine! Even more exciting? We ranked #1 in culture! And as Dash Solutions’ “culture queen,” I’m here to share a few reasons why.

The Magic of Dash Bash and Beyond

One of the biggest ways we bring our culture to life? Dash Bash. This annual kickoff isn’t just an event—it’s an experience. It’s the moment we rally together, set the vision for the year ahead, and celebrate the incredible people who make Dash what it is. We bring in team members from all over—from California to New York—because no matter where you’re based, you’re part of something bigger here.

But that’s not all—we know how to compete and have fun too! This past summer, we hosted a two-week Olympic showdown, where every employee—remote and Birmingham-based—was placed into countries and battled for GOLD! And the best part? We’re already gearing up for our Winter Olympics in 2026… see you on the slopes!

Celebrating Wins and Fueling Innovation

At Dash, we don’t just work—we scale, transform, develop, and empower each other to Make Payments Mean More every single day. Our culture is second to none—fast-paced, fun, and fueled by hard work. We celebrate our wins, recognize our people, and ring the bell for every milestone—whether it’s a big client success or a teammate going above and beyond. That’s the magic of Dash, and that’s exactly why we continue to be recognized as a Best Workplace and now one of the most Innovative Companies of 2025.

Inclusive Leadership and Accessiblity

And leadership? They’re all in. You’ll find our CEO, Stephen Faust, right in the action—engaging in culture events, celebrating wins, and even taking a few swings in the golf simulator at our Birmingham HQ. But more than that, our leaders invest in their people. They see the unique strengths in each team member and create space for growth, development, and success. They foster an environment where innovation thrives, collaboration is key, and every voice is valued. That’s leadership at Dash.

At Dash, we’re not just a workplace—we’re a winning team, here to Make Payments Mean More.
